About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Events Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities that promote employee engagement, retention, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate employee recognition and reward programs
  • Develop and implement training and development initiatives
  • Coordinate employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Three years of professional-level experience in human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
