About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Events Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities that promote employee engagement, retention, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate employee recognition and reward programs
- Develop and implement training and development initiatives
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention strategies
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- Three years of professional-level experience in human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
