About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Events Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resources-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage and administer employee benefits, including health and dental insurance, pension plans, and other benefits.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on performance management and talent development.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Three (3) years of professional-level experience in human resources.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid class 5 driver's license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
- Written and spoken competence in English.
