    • Implement a system to track inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the cafe and increase sales.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
