Become a vital member of our organization as a Bilingual Client Relations Coordinator, where you will be instrumental in managing established Lottery accounts while delivering outstanding service to our clients. Acting as a bridge between clients and our internal teams, your role will encompass overseeing projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to effectively manage client relationships and project workflows.
  • Create customer specifications for lottery offerings and secure necessary client approvals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Participate in strategic planning and the development of innovative lottery products.
  • Address client inquiries and facilitate internal communications in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Administration or Project Coordination.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in the lottery sector is advantageous.
