Job Title: Cook

Frank and Gino's Grill and Pasta House is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
