About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our ICC AI Center of Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable AI/ML solutions in production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions in production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with products owned by our partners
  • Design and implement model experimentation processes and frameworks in synergy with our scientists
  • Help the team grow and cultivate best practices in software development, MLOps, and experimentation
A Day in the Life

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from implementing experimentation tooling to maintaining our code base. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our scientists and partners to enrich our products and services.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 1+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience and knowledge in MLOps, in deploying, operationalizing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML-solutions in production
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
