Key Responsibilities- Design and develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to improve customer experience.
- Create Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions to help clients save time and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and data science to identify new ML-driven features.
- Work in an agile environment with a team of machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and full-stack developers on various projects.
- Experience in model development, specifically with traditional machine learning, NLP-based modeling, and transformer models.
- Ability to manipulate, clean, and preprocess complex unstructured data for model development.
- Experience working with open-source LLM foundation models and APIs for commercial LLMs.
- Ability to quickly gain fluency in new technologies and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in mentorship, particularly using Agile processes and with large-scale SaaS products.
- A diverse base of knowledge to help the team solve complex technical problems.
