We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our ICC AI Center of Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing scalable AI/ML solutions in production.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our AI solutions with products owned by our partners, and help design model experimentation processes and frameworks in synergy with our scientists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the development and operationalization of solutions deployed in production.
  • Work across multiple teams to integrate our solutions with products owned by our partners.
  • Help design model experimentation processes and frameworks in synergy with our scientists.
  • Help the team grow and cultivate best practices in software development, MLOps, and experimentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 1+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 1+ years experience and knowledge in MLOps, in deploying, operationalizing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML-solutions in production.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
  • Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing.
