Job Title: Luxury Brand Sales Consultant

EMCO Corporation, a leading Canadian plumbing wholesale company, is seeking a skilled Luxury Brand Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist customers in selecting luxury products and providing design advice to meet their needs.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, home builders, and architects to drive profitable sales.
  3. Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates to customers, ensuring timely and reliable service.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for luxury products.
  5. Enter orders and quotes into our system, expediting purchases while maintaining proactive communication with customers.
  6. Investigate and resolve customer issues, addressing short payments and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Maintain product literature to ensure the most current information is available to customers.
  8. Drive showroom sales through promotions and maintaining display materials.
Requirements:
  1. College or university degree in a related field, such as design, architecture, or sales.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a kitchen or bathroom showroom setting.
  3. Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of luxury products and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  4. Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  6. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates.
  8. Able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to close sales.
  9. Excellent project management skills.
  10. Able to learn and operate our software system used to process orders.
  11. Intermediate math skills.
