Job Overview
The Showroom Design and Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert product selection assistance, and driving sales growth in the luxury brand segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored product recommendations and design solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and other industry professionals to drive business growth and increase sales.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes, delivery dates, and product information to customers, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for luxury brands, while maintaining a deep understanding of product offerings and features.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, addressing short payments and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product literature and industry trends, ensuring the most current information is available to customers.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A college or university degree, preferably in design, architecture, or sales.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
- Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn and operate software systems used to process orders.
- Intermediate math skills and a strong attention to detail.
