We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic operations leader to join our team as Vice President of Operations for Campus and Corporate Services in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a senior operations leadership role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
