Job Title: Concrete Finisher

RIO EXCAVATION & WATER PROOF LTD is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes to concrete surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply finishes to concrete surfaces, including sealers, hardeners, and epoxies.
  • Work at heights, in dusty and cold environments, and with heavy loads.
  • Ensure attention to detail and sound discrimination in a physically demanding work environment.
  • Handle and maintain own tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves.
  • Work a regular 30-44 hour week, with a permanent employment contract.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the concrete finishing industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively in English.
