About the Role

Limen Concrete Finishing Corp. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, operate power vibrators to compact concrete, and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Surface Preparation: Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, and instruct apprentices in the proper techniques.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Material Handling: Handle and apply reinforcing membrane and protective covering, and apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be physically demanding, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
