About the Role

Limen Concrete Finishing Corp. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, operate power vibrators to compact concrete, and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Surface Preparation: Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, and instruct apprentices in the art of concrete finishing.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Material Handling: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, and handle reinforcing membrane and protective covering.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform tasks that require attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player.
