Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at WMC Contracting Inc. as a Concrete Patcher-Finisher. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages to complete concrete finishing tasks.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Estimate costs and materials for concrete finishing projects.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality concrete finishing services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the concrete finishing industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
Work Environment

Our team works in a variety of settings, including commercial and residential locations. You will be exposed to dusty, cold, and hot environments, and will need to be able to work outdoors in wet and damp conditions.
