About the Role

Limen Concrete Finishing Corp. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team. As a Concrete Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, operate power vibrators to compact concrete, and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Material Handling: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, and handle reinforcing membrane and protective covering.
  • Teamwork: Instruct apprentices and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finishing Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform tasks that require attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment with requirements for handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
