The Stock Associate is a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of the store. This position is responsible for managing inventory flow systems, training and developing a core stock team, and ensuring the efficient replenishment of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory flow systems to ensure timely processing and prioritization of merchandise receipts
  • Organize the backroom to company standards and update as seasonally appropriate
  • Replenish merchandise efficiently to maintain a full and abundant sales floor
  • Monitor and communicate department changes/issues, such as high/low sell-through and replenishment/overstock needs
  • Execute inventory-based procedures, including damages, transfers, receiving, and WebIM Work List maintenance
  • Support the physical inventory process and cycle count process
  • Contribute to the stores' success by being a team player and adhering to all Loss Prevention policies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience in retail apparel
  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas and products
