MPREX Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Office Management

Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.

Communication

Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.

Project Coordination

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.

Computer and Technology

Utilize Google Docs and MS Office to maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Environment

Construction industry.
