Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and assess human resources policies and programs.
  • Provide guidance to management and staff regarding HR policies, benefits, and collective agreements.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluations and appraisal systems.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives.

Certifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, HR software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, database software, data analysis software, and accounting software.
