Are you passionate about merging technology with customer service? We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor, also referred to as a Sales Team Lead. In this role, you will mentor and lead a group of Sales Advisors to ensure an outstanding customer journey. Join our retail team and take your career to the next level as a Retail Sales Supervisor.

This role requires full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and empower your team to help customers discover the ideal product or service
  • Create an inclusive team atmosphere that emphasizes learning and enjoyment
  • Oversee store performance metrics (sales, merchandising standards, inventory control, health & safety)
  • Ensure a profitable operation

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing a retail team of 15 or more associates
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing operational costs and revenue
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Capability to foster a welcoming, engaging, and safe work environment
