Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandise: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize merchandise displays and promotions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets SHELL GAS STATION standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
- Work Setting: Retail business environment
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player
This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position. The work language is English.
