Job Title: Greenhouse Worker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Greenhouse Worker to join our team at Little Mountain Greenhouses Inc. in Floriculture Production.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to greenhouse production, including budding trees, cleaning crops, and operating climate controls. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.

Responsibilities:
  • Budding trees and other plants
  • Cleaning crops and greenhouses
  • Operating climate controls and irrigation systems
  • Mixing and applying fertilizers
  • Reporting signs of insect or disease damage
  • Watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Cleaning work areas and equipment
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a greenhouse or floriculture production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Team player with efficient interpersonal skills
