Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Four Points Express. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, accurate, flexibility, organized, reliability.
Work Environment

Our team at Four Points Express works in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Bookkeeping Specialist to be able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
