Position Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Marketing Strategy and Planning to lead our marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy to align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Nomadgao's overall business goals.
  • Oversee the marketing roadmap, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build processes that enhance efficiency and accountability.
  • Mentor and guide marketing leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.
  • Facilitate marketing leadership meetings to drive alignment and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to develop actionable roadmaps.
  • Experience in building processes within a growing marketing organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems.
