GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. Your mission is to deliver an authentic, enjoyable, and energetic experience to all customers while assisting them in selecting high-quality eyewear.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing new and existing customer relationships, fostering brand loyalty.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience by connecting with clients, paying attention to details, and offering a personalized shopping journey that leads to customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute positively to the store environment by building strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, taking initiative to keep displays and inventory organized, clean, and visually appealing. Safeguard all company assets under your supervision.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and coworkers with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Accountability for sales performance through effective selling techniques and a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

Employee compensation is influenced by various factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be available, enhancing a comprehensive total rewards package.
