About the Role

As a Wealth Associate at National Bank, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and informative responses to their inquiries. You will work closely with our Investment Advisors to manage client requests and ensure the accuracy of daily transactions and trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with Investment Advisors to execute client requests and trades
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily transactions
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
