About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Wealth Management Associate to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work with high net worth clients and grow your client base in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify new business opportunities with high net worth individuals and develop new client relationships through external prospecting and introductions generated from centers of influence.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and present financial planning solutions using industry leading software, and engage in business development and external marketing strategies.
  • Business Development and Marketing: Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Client Service and Support: Provide exceptional client service and support, including meeting with prospective clients, following up with existing clients, and executing strategic concepts.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Completed IIROC licensing or willing to obtain, Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willing to obtain, and CFP designation would be considered an asset.
  • Skills: Proven track record for developing new business, strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and attract new business, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
