About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Associate to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work with high net worth clients and help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment, tax, and estate planning strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their financial plans and provide guidance on investment and wealth management strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Completed IIROC licensing or willing to obtain.
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willing to obtain.
  • CFP designation would be considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of developing new business and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and attract new business.
