At IG Wealth Management, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Private Wealth Management Associate. As a key member of our advisory team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your client base and work collaboratively with our experienced professionals.

About the Role

We're looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual with a passion for business development and client service. As a Private Wealth Management Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting financial planning solutions to high net worth clients
  • Engaging in business development and external marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with high net worth individuals
  • Preparing presentations and concept pieces to implement financial planning strategies
  • Developing new client relationships through external prospecting and introductions from centers of influence
  • Meeting with prospective clients and existing clients to execute strategic concepts and build relationships
Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you should possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Completed IIROC licensing or willing to obtain
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willing to obtain
  • CFP designation would be considered an asset
  • Proven track record for developing new business and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
