The J.W. McConnell Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Associate to support the smooth functioning of our funding processes. As a key member of our Programs Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our funding timelines are on track and that our applicants receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities- Funding Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date funding management tracking tools
- Ensure that systems are optimized for efficient processing
- Make suggestions for process improvements to enhance applicant experience
- Liaison and Communication
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure seamless collaboration
- Communicate effectively with applicants and partners throughout the application process
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit reports to Senior Leadership on a regular basis
- Conduct analysis of proposals and provide recommendations to the Program Team
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Experience with online databases and data management
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Functional bilingualism with excellent oral and written skills in English or French
