Wealth Management Associate Program Overview

Scotiabank is seeking highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our Wealth Management Associate Program. This comprehensive training program is designed to develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a Wealth Advisory role.

  • Comprehensive training program leading to the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Designation

Requirements
  • Completing an undergrad or master's degree by June 2025, or equivalent experience
  • Strong aspiration to build a career in a Wealth Advisory role
  • Curious, competitive, and critical thinking skills
  • Sales and relationship focused mindset

  • Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
