Associate Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Program Manager to join our team at BioScript Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing specific programs and portfolios, working closely with the Program Manager and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the overall performance of programs and services, including reimbursement, patient coordination, and medication management.
  • Lead and influence program staff across Canada, promoting a positive and driven work environment.
  • Evaluate program strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, making recommendations for changes in operations.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to design, produce, and deliver program-related reporting.
  • Participate in client meetings and day-to-day client communications, building strong relationships.
  • Assist in the execution of changes and quality assurance initiatives, overseeing CAPA activities and Change Controls.
  • Attend relevant conferences to build client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical-related fields.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects.
  • Program management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven customer relationship and account management skills, with direct client interaction.
  • Passion for patient advocacy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and competent reporting and trending data.
  • Preference for an individual with strong financial acumen and hands-on budget management experience.
  • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient support programs, database elements, and functionality.
