Insurance Industry Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Cowan Insurance Group. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the pursuit of new clients and the management of existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit and counsel potential new clients to leverage external carrier partners and drive sales growth.
- Manage the sales and implementation process, ensuring seamless delivery of employee benefits programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a consultative approach to selling and driving retention.
- Collaborate with the National Benefits Leadership Team to develop and implement sales and training plans.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of insurance industry trends and regulations.
- LLQP license or willingness to obtain, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Highly developed sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and emerging digital tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
