About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at JDF Hotels Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
