About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at NPN Construction. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase General and Specialized Equipment, Materials, and Business Services
  • Assess the requirements of our organization to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers
  • Consult with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization
