About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at NPN Construction. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and equipment to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services from reputable suppliers.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Requirements Analysis
    • Analyze the requirements of our construction projects to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that procurement needs are met.
  • Contract Management
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Review and approve quotations and purchase orders.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Coordinate the delivery and receipt of goods and materials.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment

As a Procurement Specialist at NPN Construction, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
