About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at NPN Construction. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
    • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  • Contract Administration
    • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage and maintain contract records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present procurement reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
