Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is expanding and has openings for Commercial Insurance Advisors at our Surrey, BC Head Office. If you have a passion for discussing insurance and delivering outstanding client service, this could be the perfect fit for you. We seek a dedicated individual eager to enhance their knowledge and experience in the insurance sector.
CompensationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $56,000 to $70,000 based on a 35-hour work week. The actual salary offered will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate, as well as market conditions and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities- Promote and educate clients about various insurance products.
- Manage client relationships effectively.
- Enhance our presence and reputation within the local community.
- You have a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Building genuine client relationships is second nature to you.
- You excel at managing your time and prioritizing tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- You possess an Insurance Broker License Level 2 or are working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support available).
- You have 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Be part of an inclusive culture with a diverse team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty.
- Identify clients' business challenges and advocate for their needs.
- Assist clients with their insurance requirements using foundational underwriting knowledge.
