About the Role

We're seeking a career-minded individual who is passionate about the insurance industry and has a track record of achieving sales targets. As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met

Requirements

  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP
  • 2-5 years of commercial insurance experience
