Job Title: Director, Commercial Sales

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Commercial Sales team at Westland Insurance Ltd. As a Director, Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of Commercial Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the commercial insurance market
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure high-quality submissions to markets
  • Partner with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients
  • Engage with clients, prospects, and insurance partners to support Account Executives in delivering exceptional service
  • Set individual goals, provide consistent performance coaching, and feedback, and identify and develop internal talent for future commercial segment roles
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in Commercial Insurance Account Management and Sales experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience
  • Level 3 General Insurance License
  • Bonus: One of the CAIB, CIP, FCIP, and CRM designations
