Job Title: Human Resources Manager

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to oversee the daily operations of our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 people, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts and recruit and hire staff
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large caseload
  • Flexibility, judgement, and organizational skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
