Job Title: Human Resources Manager

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
