Restaurant Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Taco Boyz. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Analysis and Management
Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
Menu Planning and Cost ControlDevelop and implement menu plans that balance profitability with customer demand, while controlling food and ingredient costs.
Staff Management and DevelopmentRecruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Inventory Management and ControlOversee the ordering, storage, and inventory management of food, ingredients, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Health and Safety ComplianceEnsure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain customers, and to promote the restaurant's brand and products.
Customer Service and RelationsProvide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints and feedback, and work to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
