About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Mama's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Evaluation
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
