Financial Oversight

The Assistant Manager will oversee a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000, focusing on strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to enhance restaurant profitability.
  • Develop budgets for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements.
  • Adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods based on budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively.
  • Supervise and assess staff performance.
  • Organize daily operations and staff schedules.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain inventory and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.
