About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Indish Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant maintains a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as electronic cash registers and point of sale systems.
