As a Banking Specialist within our Personal and Business Banking Team, you'll thrive in a dynamic Banking Center environment. Leveraging your understanding of financial products, you'll guide clients through their daily banking needs, acting as their primary point of contact. Your role is crucial in helping clients achieve their financial goals, whether it's answering inquiries, facilitating transactions, or connecting them with the appropriate specialists within our organization.

Flexibility is key You'll be expected to work across various banking centers within a reasonable radius, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless service for our valued clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Provide exceptional client support by managing accounts, offering product guidance, and ensuring a positive client experience. Proactively connect clients with the right team members to help them reach their financial objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Listen attentively to client concerns, ask clarifying questions, and take ownership in finding effective solutions. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Technology Proficiency: Become an expert in our banking technology and empower clients by educating them on our mobile banking applications, enabling them to manage their finances efficiently.
