Job Title: Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at Nicola Wealth. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy and calendar in collaboration with the Corporate Relations and Communications Team.
  • Plan and storyboard digital content for short videos and static posts based on defined KPIs.
  • Produce high-quality visual content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, and engages audiences across various digital platforms.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts and YouTube page for activity and engage with followers on accounts.
  • Proactively engage within each social media community to drive engagement and following.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of related experience in social media and content marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven results and demonstrated experience in social media and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and monitoring tools, e.g. Hootsuite.
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
