Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media content calendars, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and tone.
  • Create engaging social media content, including written posts, graphics, and videos, to promote our products and brand stories.
  • Manage and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our social media strategy and optimize our content.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and merchandising team to support seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media role, creating content for a brand.
  • Experience creating social media short-form video content, such as Instagram Reels.
  • University degree or college diploma in English, Marketing, or Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar.
  • A passion for social media, social media trends, and content creation.
  • A self-motivated, fast learner who enjoys being a self-starter and collaborating in a team environment.
  • Experience using Sprout or social media scheduling and reporting software.
