Account Management at Raytheon Technologies

As an Account Manager at Raytheon Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure a seamless flow of high-quality parts that meet stringent timeliness and contractual requirements. You will act as a strategic leader within your assigned commodity, driving negotiations and implementing initiatives for continuous business improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with critical suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  • Ensure that suppliers consistently adhere to contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Lead regular business reviews with suppliers, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Proactively address strategic risks and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop innovative business strategies and solutions to optimize supplier performance and drive value creation.
  • Effectively manage and resolve client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish robust processes for bid packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee solicitations for new programs, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contractual language and legal implications.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the aerospace industry is highly desirable.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
